1. Delhi Public Library
All you need to prove that you live in Delhi is a form of identification (a voter ID or ration card). Up to 16 lakh volumes in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Sanskrit are available at the free library, which also offers materials in other languages. In terms of genres, you can anticipate books for competitive examinations, books on law, philosophy, religion, physics, engineering, and the humanities, as well as fiction and works of literature.

3. British Council Library

You must sign up to become a member of the British Council Library in order to access its collection of more than 85,000 academic books and 14,000 e-journals. 4. Sahitya Kala Akademi Library
The Akademi Library is one of the most significant and well-stocked libraries in the city.
