Is it possible for a parent to never burnout?

Being a parent is a role of a lifetime.

Where you might think that burnouts affect your child more than you. But that is not true, burning out as an individual does not impact your ability to take care of your child by that much. It is just a process that reminds you to be kind to yourself. and not to work so hard that you lose yourself in the course of time.

We humans are naturally on a path to explore ourselves. Taking care of babies is important but taking care of your needs and exploring what you actually want from life naturally reduces the risk of burning out. Now it's not that a per not can be completely avoided. It can be dealt with more grace and compassion so that you also present a better example in front of your children.

In fact you become a person you look up to, yes mom guilt is natural and normal and so is burning out but as a person it is very important for you to understand how important healthily coping up with all of this is.
