Corn flakes are a favourite breakfast staple for many of us. It's full of carbohydrates and whole wheat fibres. Which makes it a perfect breakfast for many. but what if we add a twist to your favourite corn flakes by adding that Indian Tadka into it. and here is the thing, this recipe is not only time saving. but it can be made with ingredients that are already on your kitchen shelves. making it healthy for you and your child.
PREPARATION:
- take a bowl, then add freshly chopped Onions and Tomatoes.
- then go for condiments like Green chutney and Tomato Chutney ( can be substituted with ketchup), Mix it with your vegetables.
- take 2 cups of Corn Flakes, add it to the mix. make sure that your corn flakes don't get too soggy.
- once the mixture is ready. add salt and Chaat Masala according to your requirement.
- Lastly garnish it with freshly chopped Coriander and any kind of Sev of your liking.
PANEER SANDWICH

sandwiches are a favourite for many kids. There are also some relatively easier to prepare. so whenever you feel like introducing your kid to the world of cooking. Why not go for a sandwich first? In fact it can be a healthy snack for the kids. things you can sneak in a lot of vegetables in your sandwich.it's also a very filling snack, that does not take much time to prepare.
PREPARATION:-
1.Take two slices of Brown bread. remove the edges of your not comfortable with them (doesn't make a lot of difference).
- Then, spread 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise or Cheese. spread it evenly on both the bread slices.
- Now for the filling, slice an onion, a tomato and a cucumber.
- Finely, dice 10 grams of Paneer. Add a teaspoon of ketchup and some salt to taste. Make sure you don't prepare a dry or a runny mixture.
- Now we assemble the sandwich, by putting our sliced vegetables on a slice of bread first. Then we add our paneer mixture over it. Finally we close our sandwich, with another slice of bread.
OREO SHAKE

Oreos are favourite for many of the kids. and the snack in itself is very versatile because you can prepare a multitude of other things using a packet of oreos. Shakes are something kids really enjoy a lot. so we thought why not bring them the best of both Worlds with a delicious Oreo shake which can also be the perfect summer time snack.
PREPARATION:
- Take one and a half cups of milk and mix it with 40 ml chocolate ice cream.
- Finely crush 5 Oreo biscuits. Then add it to the milk and ice cream mixture and slowly stir. while making sure no lumps are formed.
- add Chocolate sauce according to your requirement.(completely optional)
- Refrigerate your mixture for at least 1 hour 15 minutes, pour into a glass.
- You can garnish it with whipped cream and oreos.
