It will never happen overnight but So always ask these questions to yourself before indulging in anything-

Do I really need it ?

Is this serving any kind of purpose to me ?

Am i addicted towards it ?

Do I shop mindlessly ?

Am i buying this to impress someone ?

Is it necessary or am I doing with a hidden intention ?

During this journey, if you remain honest then the process will be more quick and slowly it will become a part of your lifestyle.
