You might not be eating healthy. if you are not doing this!!!!

Eating right is very important when you are trying to adapt to a healthy lifestyle.

But do you know that everything that you consider "healthy" might not really be healthy for you.

Because a lot of trends on the internet always villainize carbs, put protein on some pedestal. Is that all it takes to have healthy food habits? Healthy diet is always balanced and it usually consists of an array of nutrients. A lot of times a food item can have more than two or three nutrients. Take milk as an example. It has calcium, protein, carbs, sodium, potassium and what not. One thing we need to understand is that we cannot cherry pick nutrients around us. If we suffer some kind of nutritional imbalance or deficiency then the doctor usually gives supplements and suggests certain food items. But in case you have no such deficiency. There is absolutely no reason you can't have a balanced meal that consists of rice, pulses , vegetables and meat.

In case you wanna add some goodness to your diet. You can always go to licence dietitian, not to some random videos you saw on the internet.
